With a capital of (5,055,000,000) five billion and fifty-five million Iraqi dinars. The company was established based on the Central Bank of Iraq Law No. 56 of 2004, and the Companies Law No. 21 of 1992 as amended, to be one of the leading institutions in providing exchange and money transfer services through modern electronic systems.
